Liquid Filling:

Liquid filling machines with up to 12 heads, using a range of dosing systems, including; gears, pistons, flow meters and peristaltic.

Capping Machines:

For all types of closures including screw, press on, ROPP and tamper evident with speed ranges between 20-180 containers per minute.

Tablet Counting Machines:

New and used counting machines, electronic and mechanical (slat) machines are available with speed of up to 125,000 tablets per minute.

Labelling:

Ranging from bench top dispensers to rotary machines for high speed applications.

Tube Filling:

Automatic tube filling machines for liquids and creams. Outputs of upto 400 tubes per minute.

Change Parts:

Change parts for most types of machinery including capping machines, liquid filling machines, slat counters, cap feeders and bottle unscramblers.

Spare Parts:

Gear pumps, nozzles, nozzle lift cylinders, counters and cams. Other parts can be manufactured from existing drawings or copied from thw original component.

With over 150 years experience our technical team are able to design and manufacture bespoke machinery for a wide range of applications including automation, assembly and orientation.

A diverse range of multi-format labelling machines. Included in the range are single head applicators, in-line labelling machines and multi-head rotary machines. Manufactured in Spain.

Dara Pharma:

Fully automatic filling and closing machinery for small volumes in the pharmaceutical, biotech and cosmetic industries. Manufactured in Spain.

Siebler:

Stickpack machines for liquids and powders. Also wrapping and strip packing machines
for the pharmaceutical and confectionery industries.

Nima:

Fully automatic linear tube filling machines. Various closure types available. Speeds up to 400 tubes per minute.

Pack Feeder:

The pack feeder inline unscrambling concept is the fruit of over 20 years experience in the packaging business, coupled with dedicated research work, resulting in the development of this innovative (patented) system.
