Area Sales Manager

A classic Area Sales Manager role managing an existing client base with a realistic first year target selling food processing machinery systems (average order value circa £50,000) into the food industry, although they do have some clients in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and general industrial markets too.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager - capital equipment, processing / packaging machinery, PPMA

· You MUST have a proven track record selling capital equipment or a technical solution into the food market
· Ideally you will have sold processing or packaging machinery
· You will have a technical / engineering background and ideally engineering qualifications

A well established British manufacturer of food processing machinery systems (with order values up to £250,000) who have invested significantly in R & D and who sell a wide range of processing machinery & systems into the food market.

PROSPECTS:
