Reporting into our Head of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with new prospective customers and maximise business opportunities. You will provide customers with standard and optimised standard solutions by drawing upon your experience and technical knowledge, as well as that of your colleagues.

You will maximise profit through the effective sales proposition by ensuring customer expectations are consistently met. You will meet and exceed all individual and team sale objectives by developing concepts and solutions that match our existing and new customer requirements.
For this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, the ability to grow and establish key relationships, as well as obtain cooperation from both internal and external stakeholders. Having the ability to negotiate confidently with sound commercial skills combined with the ability to understand market pricing is essential.
You will have a fine eye for detail, keeping accurate records of all target accounts, opportunities and quotes. Ensuring financial controls are established in line with budgetary requirements will also be part of your remit.
