Simply more performance when detecting minute leaks: the HEUFT squeezer II QS ensures the microbiological purity of sensitive drinks by identifying leaking PET bottles in-line and removing them immediately. The system adapts itself independently to the changed container shape for a fast brand change. The high degree of automation of the HEUFT SPECTRUM II device platform and the self-explanatory HEUFT NaVi user guidance make the reliable operation of the leakage check simply easy.
HEUFT spotter II PHS:
Complete inspection of small size full vials based on the HEUFT SPECTRUM II.
Full equipment and automation for maximum detection reliability in an efficient and space-saving straight-through system: the HEUFT spotter II PHS not only has sophisticated optical detection procedures as the first vial inspector of its kind. In addition the fully automatic system offers unique X-ray strobes. Therefore foreign objects are even identified carefully and reliably when they are hidden in an opaque product. Furthermore the compact linear machine finds glass defects, contamination as well as deviations in filling quantity in vials containing between 2 ml and 100 ml and checks the integrity of their crimp caps or screw closures precisely. The result: a continuous complete inspection of vials filled with parenteral drugs and other pharmaceutical products which does not miss a fault.
HEUFT Tornado Labelling Machine:

The HEUFT TORNADO W, designed for an output range of up to 72,000 containers per hour, impresses with its outstanding precision when applying labels. The interaction of a well thought-out design and durable components ensures highest reliability and quality. Changeovers, cleaning and maintenance work can be carried out rapidly and smoothly with the labelling machine. Integrated inspection modules safeguard the features and quality of the final product sustainably. It carries out a fine adjustment of the bottles with millimetre accuracy for maximum labelling quality as the HEUFT TORNADO W flex with servo technology - and particularly easy and fast brand changes.
Applying self-adhesive labels perfectly: precise labelling.
From the roll onto the bottle: the HEUFT TORNADO S applies particularly decorative, self-adhesive body, collar, back and neck ring labels precisely. The self-adhesive labeller, especially developed for an output of up to 48,000 bottles per hour, is impressive due to its well thought-out, easy to clean construction, its long-lasting, almost maintenance-free components, its simple operation and its remarkable precision. Integrated inspection modules provide additional benefits. As the HEUFT TORNADO S flex the machine with servo technology carries out a fine adjustment of the bottles with millimetre accuracy for maximum labelling quality - and particularly easy and fast brand changes.
Perfect labelling all around: accurate application.
Perfection all around: the HEUFT TORNADO R is the expert for applying wrap-around labels. It applies these labels to up to 60,000 containers per hour using either parallel or linear transport. Servo technology ensures a harmonious rotation and a fine adjustment with millimetre accuracy in the course of this. In addition it carries out easy and fast brand and program changes. The closed hot glue system of the machine ensures a high level of cleanliness. The newly labelled containers are subjected to an intensive final check immediately due to the optional inspection units which can be integrated.
Labelling flexibly and exactly: a compact machine with double throughput.
Attaching two different self-adhesive labels with only one single unit, applying several wet, hot glue and adhesive labels alike during a single work process, aligning containers with high precision before the actual labelling process: demanding tasks such as these could only be carried out by extremely large labelling machines equipped with two container carousels until now. The compact HEUFT TORNADO D carries this out with only one. It sends each container through twice so that the path necessary for the servo-controlled fine adjustment or labelling is available on two occasions.

Inspecting the bottle dress with high precision: a continuous final inspection.
The HEUFT FinalView FO6 carries out a detailed 360° inspection of the dress of all the formats of unaligned full bottles. It achieves just as high a detection reliability when detecting incorrectly positioned, non-brand and damaged labels as when identifying minute printing and design faults. In addition the end of line system takes over, among other things, the inspection of the closures. The teach-in function of the integrated real-time image processing system learns individual quality requirements and therefore reduces the false rejection rate sustainably.
