Mostafa is the co-founder and CEO of Automata Technologies – a London-based technology company working to democratise robotics for SMEs and consumer market. Prior to that, Mostafa was an academic tutor for the Architectural Association for nine years and has been a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) since 2018.

Donna is the Managing Director for The Growth Company and the North West Director of the Made Smarter Adoption Programme. She has over 20 years’ experience working in the areas of business support and finance, workforce development, international trade, and innovation services across the Greater Manchester region. Prior to that, Donna was the Managing Director of Business Link North West.

Phil is Managing Director of MRT Castings – an aluminium diecasting foundry and computer numerical control (CNC) machining specialist based in Hampshire, UK. The company supplies customers in the medical, aerospace, defence and lighting industries. Phil is an advocate of lean manufacturing and the application of new technology in production environments. He is a former Chairman of the Cast Metals Federation and an active member of various trade bodies.

Rosie is the Commercial Director at RMGroup UK, which specialises in the supply and manufacture of process and packaging machinery including robotic automation. The company recently became the first integrator in the UK to be formally recognised under the RIA / BARA Robot Integrators’ Certification Scheme. Rosie has over 10 years’ experience in the industry, and has supported the Welsh company through various phases of growth.

Having obtained a degree in metallurgy and a business masters, he has worked in the foundry industry for all of his career and joined the company in September 2010 as joint managing director. He was appointed to the main board in April 2012, becoming chief executive on 31 March 2017.

Mike has over 35 years’ experience in robotics and automation gained across a broad range of manufacturing sectors throughout Europe, North America and Asia. He is widely recognised as one of the leading authorities on the application of industrial robot systems in the UK. Mike is the current chairman of BARA (1999-2021) and Chief Automation Officer at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC). He also served as chairman of the International Federation of Robots (IFR) between 2000-2003.
